Cash Delight Terms Of Service
By signing up and actively using the Cash Delight program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Cash Delight may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members.
Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an e-mail to their primary contact e-mail address provided upon signing up with Cash Delight. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement.
Your continued participation in the Cash Delight program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Members:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both U.S. and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.
You agree to and must use your own name and e-mail address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different e-mail addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing Cash Delight account.
You will use your e-mail address / password combination to access your account, and it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential. You may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info" link.
You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with Cash Delight.
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from Cash Delight, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
Accounts:
The sale of your Cash Delight account and/or Upgrade Ads is strictly prohibited.
Account Termination:
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by Cash Delight be detected, it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.
Multiple sign-ups will result in immediate termination of all involved accounts, forfeiting earnings and referrals. Signing up multiple times from the same or different computers also constitutes fraud.
Use of open and/or anonymous proxy for the purpose of hiding your true country constitutes cheating and will result in account termination.
The use of any type of e-mail reading or clicking software constitutes fraud. Members found to be using and/or promoting this type of software will have their account terminated immediately, forfeiting all earnings and referrals.
You may not bookmark any pages at Cash Delight except for the following two (2):

Bookmarking any other URLs may result in immediate termination, forfeiting earnings and referrals, and the member will not be reinstated.
Members of this site are asked not to hold old e-mails, or access PTC (paid to click) banners by any other means than logging into their account, and utilizing the links provided within their account area. Bookmarking links from within the account area is not allowed, and may lead to account termination. By the same token, accessing PTC banners by "counting methods" or by typing ad URL's into your browser's address bar is not allowed. This will cause your account to be red flagged for termination.
This is a paid to read (PTR) advertising site. We are not governed by any paid to referral forums, review sites, or groups of people joining our site through any other special referral programs. Threats of bad reviews after a member has been suspended/terminated for fraud/cheating will be ignored, and the member will not be reinstated.
An account cannot be restored after deletion. Any member in good standing at time of an inactivity deletion is welcome to rejoin the site. In case of suspected fraud, a suspended account will not be restored, nor a new signup be allowed.
Inactivity Policy:
All free member accounts will be deleted after 60 days of inactivity. Upgraded member accounts will be deleted after 90 days of inactivity. Accounts set on vacation will not be deleted for inactivity subject to a maximum of 90 days vacation. Kindly contact us at http://affiliatesdelight.com should an extended vacation be required.
Accounts which have been deleted or terminated cannot be restored.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and Cash Delight are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Cash Delight. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Cash Delight. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:
Cash Delight will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Cash Delight program, even if Cash Delight has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Cash Delight aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Earnings & Payments:
You may earn cash or points by reading paid advertisements and clicking banners to visit advertisers’ websites. Points may be converted to cash at the rate of 35 cents per 1000 points.
You will be paid via PayPal or AlertPay. Cash Delight will pay you when your balance reaches the minimum payout rate of $2.00.
Effectively immediately, there is no need for you to request for payments.
PayPal payments are made weekly (Sunday or Monday). You will be paid by PayPal masspay if you have a minimum of $2 in your account and have selected PayPal as your payment option.
AlertPay payments are made at least once a month (First week of each month). You will be paid by AlertPay masspay if you have a minimum of $2 in your account and have selected AlertPay as your payment option.
Your account must contain valid and complete user information in order to receive payment.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited e-mailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Cash Delight and may result in legal prosecution. Cash Delight strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present, and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident.
